Terms of Service

These terms apply to Beach Block Ventures LLC websites, support channels, and SmartWorks Tech products unless a separate written agreement applies.

Authorized Use

Our products and websites are intended for lawful business use. Users may only connect, process, or manage mailboxes, data, and credentials that they are authorized to access.

Tester Accounts

External testers must use SmartWorks-provided test mailboxes unless Beach Block Ventures LLC gives written permission to use another mailbox. Testers should not connect personal, customer, or production business email accounts during onboarding or early testing.

SMS Terms

Beach Block Ventures LLC and SmartWorks Tech may send SMS messages for verification codes, security notices, tester coordination, support escalation, and service-related operational updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out where supported and HELP for help.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services unless SMS is required for a specific security or verification workflow. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are handled according to our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Security Responsibilities

Users are responsible for protecting login credentials, using MFA where required, promptly reporting suspected compromise, and avoiding risky automation choices that could affect mailboxes or business records.

Changes

We may update these terms as products and compliance requirements evolve. Continued use of the website or service after updates means the revised terms apply.
